2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player — defined by a unique combination of full legal name, date of birth, home address, and National Identity Card number — may hold exactly one active account on hl999. Opening multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where hl999 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus funds credited to the duplicate accounts will be permanently voided. hl999 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or cancel real-money balances on duplicate accounts where evidence of intentional abuse is present.

2.4 Account Security

• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on hl999.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, simulate gameplay, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Laundering money or using hl999 for any financial transaction that would constitute money laundering or terrorist financing under applicable Bangladeshi law or international AML standards.
